| "I was sent by my company to the area on a large project that I knew would take up the greater part of a year and traveled here with my dog. I found Bradford Suites, which offered a clean and pleasant one bedroom apartment for much less than a hotel room. The stay was inclusive and included linen, housekeeping, and kitchen items as well as a parking spot right outside my door. The apartment was immaculately clean and included cable and utilities. There is on site laundry facilities for the guests. The staff went out of their way to maintain the facility properly and assist myself and other clients to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Most of the folks I met there were repeat clients who expected to return again. It is undoubtedly the best deal in a corporate stay locally."

| "I stayed at Bradford Place for just over three months and it is, by far, one of the best extended stay facilities that I have ever used. It is clean, quiet, secure, close to everything, and very affordable. I travel to many places in the world as part of my job, and this place is first rate. Their gracious and accomodating staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. My only complaint is that I can't find facilities like this everywhere I travel for work. Highly recommended for long term stays and I look forward to staying there again if my work brings me back."

The location is ideal for any commute within the Tri-Cities area. These apartments definitely exceeded my expectations and at the same time, the price is considerably less than other extended stay locations.
